We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
Audit Services is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about Dominion Energy operations and provide insight and advice to protect the Company’s value. As an Associate Auditor, the role performs financial, operational and compliance audits under direct supervision.
Duties include:
• Assist in planning and executing internal audits across various business units.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Perform testing of financial, operational, and compliance controls.
• Document audit procedures and findings in accordance with professional standards.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to team leads and management.
• Support follow-up activities to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Participate in special projects and investigations as assigned.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
0 - 2 years experience in auditing or related field.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient personal computer skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Internship or coursework related to auditing, internal controls, data analytics, or risk management (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with audit software is a plus.
- General Company/industry knowledge, a plus.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor or those graduating with a bachelor's degree no later than May 2026
Preferred Disciplines: Accounting, Business, Finance
Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.
