We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

There is one position available within Dominion Energy Solutions team which will be filled at the level commensurate with the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. 

 

Advertising & Marketing Specialist
Collaborates with Business Units to create and execute comprehensive strategic plans for the company’s advertising and marketing communications programs to enhance the company’s image among internal and external stakeholders, and to increase Dominion Energy’s position in the marketplace. Supervises work of outside advertising and public opinion polling firms to uncover stakeholder and messaging insights and to develop marketing and advertising creative to impact public favorability and drive customer and other stakeholder attitudes and actions. Translates key marketing and public opinion metrics and campaign performance data into actionable advertising campaigns and marketing programs to impact success of company infrastructure projects and public policy initiatives. Serves as the point person on advertising shoots and serves as key liaison with BU project leads on initiating, developing and executing integral marketing support for new product offerings. Makes decisions on allocation of advertising/marketing budgets, schedules and allocation of staff resources.

 

Senior Advertising & Marketing Specialist

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Advertising & Marketing Specialist: 3+ years of related experience

  • 3+ years of related experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of advertising and marketing concepts. 
  • Strong coordination and project-management skills. Strong goal-setting skills and ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to manage large project budgets and multiple vendors. 
  • Ability to make critical decisions independently and under pressure. 
  • Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions.


Senior Advertising & Marketing Specialist: 5+ years of experience

  • 5+ years of experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of advertising and marketing concepts. 
  • Strong coordination and project-management skills. 
  • Strong goal-setting skills and ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to manage large project budgets and multiple vendors. 
  • Ability to make critical decisions independently and under pressure. 
  • Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions.

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
