We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Associate DEV Business Intelligence Analyst:
Ability to learn problem solving using remotely sensed data, and is a logical and analytical thinker. Possess the ability to research and understand customer processes and issues. Ability to work with people from all levels of the organization in order to influence and impact others with decisions that may have significant budgetary impact. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to handle deadlines and pressure with concern for quality. Strong conceptual thinking and reasoning abilities. Demonstrated competency in verbal, written and presentation communication. Demonstrated self-starter with self-control and flexibility.
DEV Business Intelligence Analyst:
Increasing knowledge in utilizing the ESRI suite of technology including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise, Global Mapper, Pix4D, Atomic Lens, and Python to process, manage and analyze remotely sensed data. Ability to demonstrate or apply acquired problem solving skills and is a logical and analytical thinker. Increasing ability to research and understand customer processes and issues. Increasing ability to work with people from all levels of the organization in order to influence and impact others with decisions that may have significant budgetary impact. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to handle deadlines and pressure with concern for quality. Strong conceptual thinking and reasoning abilities. Demonstrated competency in verbal, written and presentation communication. Demonstrated self-starter with self-control and flexibility.
Senior DEV Business Intelligence Analyst:
Advanced knowledge in utilizing the ESRI suite of technology including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise, Global Mapper, Pix4D, Atomic Lens, and Python to process, manage and analyze remotely sensed data. Demonstrated problem solving skills, and is a logical and analytical thinker. Advanced ability to research and understand customer processes and issues. Interacts or leads work with people from all levels of the organization in order to influence and impact others with decisions that may have significant budgetary impact. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to handle deadlines and pressure with concern for quality. Strong conceptual thinking and reasoning abilities. Demonstrated competency in verbal, written and presentation communication. Demonstrated self-starter with self-control and flexibility.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Associate DEV Business Intelligence Analyst:
A minimum of 0-2 years directly related experience in computerized remote sensing and geospatial data analysis in DEV. Associate level experience in GIS, programming, querying, data structures, statistics, data visualization & communication. Possesses excellent communications skills, skilled in communicating recommendations and issues to a variety of audiences. May prepare and present technical documentation and resources for maintenance/operational reference. May prepare technical reports or operational procedures to document analysis, procedures or practices. May be required to travel to field locations on occasion, to evaluate or provide oversight
Preferred experience in: Utility mapping, Remote Sensing, Metadata Analytics, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, Global Mapper, Pix4D, Atomic Lens, SharePoint, STAC (Spatiotemporal Asset Catalog), Python.
DEV Business Intelligence Analyst:

Intermediate level experience in GIS, programming, querying, data structures, statistics, data visualization & communication. Intermediate level experience in adapting to and applying rapidly changing technology to business needs. Possesses excellent communications skills, skilled in communicating recommendations and issues to a variety of audiences. May prepare and present technical documentation and resources for maintenance/operational reference. May prepare technical reports or operational procedures to document analysis, procedures or practices. May be required to travel to field locations on occasion, to evaluate or provide oversight.
