Job Summary

Coordinate, support, track and ensure the consistency of compliance, construction and reliability projects and initiatives. Monitor/audit the use of SAP Plant maintenance, ensure consistency, accuracy, validity and completeness of data. Identify and evaluate trends, assist in predicting and controlling maintenance costs. Ensure, monitor and report compliance with regulations, policies and procedures, identify and analyze noncompliance issues. Monitor compliance training and OQ status, establish and maintain training goals. Implement and communicate compliance programs (e.g., Project ICE, Management of Change, SOP changes, etc.), ensure consistency across and within operating area. Conduct training and assist users on various monitoring systems. Recommend and implement technology, standards and procedures for compliance monitoring and record keeping. Scope, schedule, track and support projects, act as a liaison with various departments (e.g., IT, Compressor Systems, Purchasing, etc.) and third parties. Prepare, monitor and analyze reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of three years expereince with DOT pipeline regulations.
  • Requires a minimum of three years experience in data analysis and compiling reports.
  • Requires a valid driver's license


Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • General knowledge of the company pipeline and storage operations, policies and procedures
  • Prefer demonstrated knowledge of DOT pipeline regulations
  • Knowledge of DETI's SOPs
  • Prefer knowledge of company monitoring systems (IMS, CMS)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively lead and facilitate multiple project teams simultaneously
  • Strong team and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead others, demonstrated self-motivation
  • Demonstrated PC proficiency, proficiency in Excel, prefer proficiency in Word and Powerpoint and Access
  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations for action and improvement
  • Ability to communicate effectively and develop rapport with internal and external customers.
Education Requirements
Education Level: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor , Other Education: Business, Engineering Technology, Information Systems

Dust / Grease / Oil Up to 25%
Travel 26-50%
