Job Summary
Works fairly independently on the most complex projects, at the highest technical level, of all phases of applications systems analysis activities. Formulates or defines system scope and objectives, based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results. Works with multiple business units, in multi-platform environments, on multi-project assignments. Guides and advises less experienced Systems Analysts. Monitored on projects' progress and results.
As a senior level member of the team, this role may provide input in setting objectives and policy, identifying critical issues and introducing new concepts

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:
5+ years of relevant exempt experience in directly related field
In-depth experience in programming or systems analysis desired.
Experience in adapting and applying rapidly-changing technology to business needs.
Demonstrated competency in verbal communications, written communications, and interpersonal understanding.
Demonstrated ability to seek out and understand customers' issues and business needs.
Demonstrated ability to handle deadlines and pressure.
