We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing HR support for the nuclear business segment within Dominion Energy. Partners with business leaders and managers to identify workforce needs and provide HR solutions that support business objectives. Supports the implementation and administration of human resources programs and practices, including employee and labor relations, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. Recommends improvements to HR processes, communications, and practices to enhance employee experience and business results. Please note: This position can work from Glen Allen, VA, Surry, VA (Surry Nuclear Power Station) or Mineral, VA (North Anna Nuclear Power Station).
Other responsibilities include:
- Partners with business leaders to understand workforce needs and supports the implementation of HR programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Builds strong working relationships with leaders and employees, providing guidance and consultation on talent and workforce-related matters.
- Supports employee relations activities by identifying issues, providing coaching and guidance to leaders, and escalating matters as appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Assists with the implementation and communication of enterprise HR programs, processes, and technology solutions within the business segment.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends, HR practices, and regulatory requirements to recommend practical solutions that support business and workforce needs.
- Identifies opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness of HR services and programs.
- Monitors the effectiveness of HR programs and recommends adjustments based on business needs and employee feedback.
- Ensures compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, company policies, and labor agreements.
- Supports budget planning, resource management, and execution of HR initiatives within areas of responsibility.
- Leads and develops a high-performing team by providing clear direction, coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensures team members consistently execute HR processes and services in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR team.
- Communicates HR programs, organizational updates, leadership messages, and other key information to leaders and employees.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
8-10+ years of related experience.
Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:
- Thorough knowledge of human resources policies and procedures as well as federal and state laws.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Customer service orientation.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor

Expected Hiring Base Salary Range:
$116300 - $151100
The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location.
