Job Summary

This role is responsible for development of overall strategic plan and coordination of all human resources communications and talent management related activities, including but not limited to employee development, on boarding and orientation, succession planning, rotation programs and career center. Lead a team of professionals and oversee the development of learning programs which may include both internal and external resources to meet specific needs.

Facilitate learning experiences that impact the effectiveness of individual contributors and leaders. Analyze the ongoing impact and effectiveness of learning experiences. Assist in the creation and implementation of the strategic direction for human resources, communications training and development.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
  • 8+ years directly related experience in internal and/or external communications.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource procedures, and programs and related regulation
  • Demonstrated management/leadership and team building skills
  • Excellent project and program management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of employees
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation and presentation capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and management stakeholders
  • Builds cross organizational partners and consensus
  • Proficient computer skills

Note:  The idea candidate will have a combination of strategic internal/external communications and employee/leadership development skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree required.  Preferred disciplines: Communications, Business and Human Resources.
