Job Summary
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
- Foundational knowledge of engineering principles, concepts, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and engineering-related software tools.
- Ability to interpret technical information, standards, and engineering practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and build positive working relationships.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and perform work requiring standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, or working in confined spaces as needed.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments while adhering to established safety procedures.
Education Requirements
- Must be working towards an ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree from a 4 year college or university.
- Must have a graduation date of Spring 2028 or later.
- Must have a GPA of 2.5 or above.

Hourly Rate:
$23.00 - $28.00
The hourly rate listed is the rate we anticipate paying for this position. If a range is listed, the actual hourly rate offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate's degree type, academic major, and/or school classification (e.g., sophomore, junior, senior).
