We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

  • Researches, analyzes, and evaluates data from a variety of sources and makes recommendations to management for program and process improvements. This is an entry level position designed to gain the knowledge, abilities, and skill sets needed to perform the following duties under the appropriate level of supervision and mentoring from other team members. 
  • Act as a liaison between client area and information systems by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems.  
  • Begin to act as an internal lead within the information systems and business groups to reengineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.  
  • Provide technical assistance to the project team to identify, evaluate, design and specify systems and procedures that are cost effective, efficient and meet business requirements and corporate strategic goals.  
  • Provide business consultation, defines business requirements, and analyze project impacts (business and systems).  
  • Perform an analysis of the facts and identify potential solutions that will meet the business requirements. 
  • Prepare scope documents, system specifications and design recommendations for information system changes based on a understanding of the business area and processes. 
  • Facilitate and understand data capture and tracking requirements defined by the business to improve information & business processes. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following: 

  • 0-2 years relevant experience.
  • Must have; analytical ability to include organization and problem solving techniques; must be gaining proficiency in presentation of information through written and verbal communications; facilitation skills for gathering requirements and business process design related to system change requests; coordinating issue resolutions through direct interaction with clients and application developers; 
  • Ability to perform independently within a team-based environment; project management skills for the development of project plans. 
  • Progressively develop analytical proficiency regarding the functional and technical development of the application software solution, add value to the projects via continued growth in subject matter expert knowledge of the assigned business process areas and their associated application systems. Ability to multi-task in order to support production issues, test production fixes and fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. 

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor

Preferred Discipline(s): Business Administration, Information Systems

Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.

 

  • 0+ years relevant experience with a Bachelors degree. 
  • 2+ years relevant experience with an Associates degree. 
  • 4+ years relevant experience with a High School Diploma.

Expected Hiring Base Salary Range:

 

$58700 - $76200

 

The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location. This is not intended to represent the full salary range for the position or limit future compensation growth.
