Job Summary
This role will support the ET PMO Center of Excellence and Feasibility Team. Typical responsibilities could include assisting with Center of Excellence initiatives such as process improvement implementation, PM training, ET portfolio management (including risk management), Primavera P6 pilots, outage conflict resolution, and data analysis for PMO-level initiatives. Position will be filled at the appropriate level in series based on selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
- 0-2+ years of relevant experience for Associate Business Performance Analyst
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience for Business Performance Analyst
- 6+ years of relevant experience for Senior Business Performance Analyst
- Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making
- Effective analytical skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 preferred
- Familiarity with Electric Transmission preferred
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education
