We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.
Job Summary
- Manage transmission line asset equipment records through all stages of asset life cycle, specifically when assets are installed, renumbered and removed.
- Perform ETL process by extracting data from numerous engineering sources, transforming the data into a standardized set using Excel or other tools, then loading the data into multiple tables in SAP databases.
- Collaborate with various internal teams including Engineering, O&M, Forestry and Construction.
- Analyze SAP through conducting queries and running quality assurance checks on the database to ensure data fields are updated efficiently and accurately.
- Run queries to ensure data configurations match the input configurations from engineers and field personnel.
- Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
- Relevant experience: 0-2+ years for the Associate level, or 2+ years for the intermediate level.
- Planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Power Platform - Power Automate, Power Apps & Power BI is a plus
- Focus on quality and detail oriented.
- Strong Excel Skills, including proficiency with formulas, VBA, and/or lookup tables
- SQL or any programming language is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load Data).
- Experience with relational database management and analyzing data across many tables.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education.
