Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the coordination and administration of Dominion Energy’s NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) compliance efforts, and participating in the implementation of the Company's comprehensive compliance programs at the power station.
Specific functions include:
- Working collaboratively with the Power Generation Regulatory Compliance (PGRC) department as the station liaison to ensure the implementation of the Company's comprehensive compliance programs for the station.
- Responsible for monitoring internal controls, generating compliance reports, and gathering supporting documentation to ensure station compliance with NERC and company procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinator for station’s PowerCat change management process, inventory of cyber assets, and baseline management.
- Act as source of best practice and latest policy requirements and keep abreast of trends and issues to design, implement, communicate, and administer NERC compliance programs.
- Coordinate, schedules, and implement an on-going internal self-audit process to ensure audit readiness and supports auditing activities.
- Provides management updates and progress reports as directed; responds to internal and external inquiries as needed.
- Coordinates with external vendors that provide compliance support and ensures deliverables, reports, and documentation are submitted and complete in support of NERC and Cyber policy compliance.
