Job Summary
Manages and administers the LDC transportation, pooling, storage, and ancillary service offerings. Assists in marketing transportation and ancillary services including pooling, storage, balancing, and related products. Oversees and performs activities related to nominations, confirmations, local production, storage, and imbalance resolution. Manages and administers the monthly reallocation process, and reviews the billing process to ensure marketer reallocations are reflected, billable items are quantified, and service offerings are billed consistently. Partners with IT to ensure EBB and related applications perform at required levels. Oversees and performs special projects to develop and implement new systems. Coordinates daily and monthly activities with marketing, gas supply, gas measurement, billing, and rates. Develops and maintains effective business relationships with internal and external customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Minimum Requirements (Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years pooling and natural gas transportation experience, or relevant regulatory experience OR
- Associate's Degree with a minimum of 7 years pooling and natural gas transportation experience, or relevant regulatory experience OR
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 9 years pooling and natural gas transportation experience, or relevant regulatory experience
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge of issues relevant to administering transportation and ancillary services.
- Effective analytical and computer skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to learn and adaptable to new processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple activities, resources, and time.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers with a diverse knowledge of DEO’s system.
- Previous experience with electronic bulletin boards (EBB) is a plus

- Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined under Minimum Requirements.
