The role of a Senior Software Engineer- SharePoint Developer and PowerPlatform specialist is integral within any organization that relies on Microsoft technologies for business solutions. These experts are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint applications and leveraging PowerPlatform tools to create robust, scalable, and efficient workflows.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
SharePoint Development

5+ years of SharePoint Development experience, including designing, developing, and supporting SharePoint solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online: Must have a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and development techniques.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx): Expertise in building client-side web parts, extensions, and other custom solutions using SPFx.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Designer and InfoPath: Ability to design workflows and forms that streamline business processes.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint APIs: Familiarity with REST APIs, CSOM, JSOM, and SOAP services for effective integration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Mastery of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery for front-end development.
- Knowledge of server-side programming: Adept in C#, ASP.NET, and other server-side technologies for backend development.
- Experience with PowerShell: Ability to automate administrative tasks and manage SharePoint environments using PowerShell scripts.
- Database Management: Understanding of SQL Server and its integration with SharePoint.

PowerPlatform Expertise
- Experience with PowerApps: Ability to create custom apps that solve specific business needs.
- Proficiency in Power Automate: Expertise in designing and implementing automated workflows.
- Knowledge of Power BI: Ability to develop interactive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Dataverse: Understanding of the Common Data Service (CDS) for secure data storage and management.
Education Requirements
Education Level:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field: A solid educational foundation is essential.
Preferred Discipline(s): Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, PowerPlatform Developer, and others are highly desirable.

What You'll Get
Expected Hiring Base Salary Range:
$90,900 - $135,000
The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location.
