We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
This role supports the development and maintenance of company's consolidated budget/forecast as well as corporate strategy. Develops and leads financial analysis. Works with senior management to develop and monitor corporate strategy. Supports budget development and consolidation process.
Each role will collaborate with stakeholders to prepare capital and operations & maintenance budgets/forecasts, analyze results and support strategic initiatives.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Develops, communicates and leads financial analysis.
- Performs assignments designed to develop work knowledge, skills and abilities requiring application of policies, procedures, techniques and other criteria in carrying out all aspects of the job.
- Provides analysis and presentation preparation in support of investment decisions going before Investment Review Committee.
- Works closely with various finance organizations to support the development of training curriculum and process improvements for planning & forecasting efforts.
- Performs routine work assignments and over time will demonstrate the ability to perform more difficult work assignments.
- Works under established policies and procedures to meet set schedules and system or program requirements.
- Continues to develop the knowledge, skills and abilities to reach a higher level of proficiency and work complexity.
- Supports and assists in the deployment of process improvement initiatives across the Finance organization on a case-by-case basis.
- Analyzes vast amounts of data and creates technology solutions for the processing of data and ultimate data utilization in financial reporting and evaluation across the enterprise.
- Performs other duties as requested or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Financial Analyst: 3+ years related experience (A Master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more will be rounded up to one year)
Senior Financial Analyst: 5+ years related experience (A Master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more will be rounded up to one year)
Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:
- Strong Excel and analytical skills in dealing with large data sets. Past experience using VBA is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial management and analysis, utility and/or relevant industry, accounting standards and practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
- Teaming, analytical and customer focus skills.
- Working knowledge of Power Point.
- Self-motivated proactive work style.
- Aptitude for continuous learning.
- Demonstrated ability to create dashboarding solutions.
- Knowledge of data analysis platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate suite.
- Working knowledge of accounting systems such as SAP, BPC.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor
