We offer a hybrid work schedule (one week in the office, one week of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
One position is available which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This role will be filled at the Cayce, SC office location.
Under general supervision the Associate Programmer/Programmer Analyst, works on fairly complex programs and performs systems design. Develops, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains computer programs.
Programmer Analyst may provide occasional functional guidance to less experienced Programmer Analysts.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Associate Programmer Analyst: 0-2+ years of experience in application programming or system administration.
- Software development or administration experience and knowledge/understanding of IT principles and development practices
Programmer Analyst: 3+ years of related software developer or system administration experience.
- Basic knowledge of software process and application design as well as constructing written use cases, flow diagrams, and system design specifications
- Moderate skill set in relational database design, data modeling, reporting analytics and dashboards
Both positions:
- Effective decision-making skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills (includes technical writing)
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
Preferred:
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Experience with full lifecycle software development (SDLC) methodologies, Agile etc.
- Experience developing/scripting with C# and Java.
- Experience with Maximo and PASTA software.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor
Preferred Discipline(s): Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics
