Business Performance Analyst

Job Summary

 

Prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process. Define and develop performance metrics; analyze and recommend data collection process improvements; and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics. Identify and implement better work and business processes. Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs and models to support the development of business strategies. Develop programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies. Perform varied analyses of an economic, business, and engineering nature.

 

Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Minimum Requirements (Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of directly related experience OR
  • Associate's degree with 5+ years of directly related experience OR
  • High school diploma or GED with 7+ years of directly related experience
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel experience
  • Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously;
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
  • Effective analytical skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 

The company is actively seeking United States military veterans and service members who meet the qualifications outlined below:

  • Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined under Minimum Requirements.
