We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
• Responsible for project management of high volume, less complex Electric Distribution projects (ex: cable R/P; equipment R/P, & line maintenance).
• Manages adherence to service and/or contract standards.
• Accomplishes assigned objectives and ensures timely completion of project.
• Customer base: Typically internal Dominion Reliability, Substation Maintenance; external (Cost plus projects for local office).
• Contract management financial responsibilities (i.e. project settlement, profit/loss & income statements, billing, and variance explanations/reviews.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
• 5-6+ years of related experience in project management and in the project area.
• Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff.
• Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums.
• Team building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education Requirements
Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
• Bachelor
Preferred Disciplines: Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Liberal Arts
• Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above
