Interns Matter
Our interns represent more than 80 different schools, spanning over 70 majors. They come from more than 20 states, including Puerto Rico, bringing a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. During the program, interns connect with students and professionals from various cultures and perspectives while developing valuable skills for their future careers.

Our award winning internship program is more than just a few weeks and a project or two. We are committed to turning our successful students into employees. More than 70% of our interns return for multiple summers and 75% of our seniors receive offers of employment.
We typically hire interns majoring in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Liberal Arts, Math & Science, and Technology & Trades.

Intern Excellence Scholarship Program
The Intern Excellence Scholarship Program, offering up to $5,000 to outstanding students! This scholarship is designed to honor our exceptional interns and co-ops who demonstrate academic commitment, a drive to succeed, and are committed to fostering a welcoming community.
- Up to 70 awards available
- $2,500 scholarships will be awarded to recipients who are new interns/co-ops
- $5,000 scholarships will be awarded to recipients who are returning interns/co-ops
Student Veteran Service Award
As an award-winning military employer, we recognize and honor active military and veterans. We know you’ve worked hard to gain special knowledge and skills. We also know that a leap from a military career to a civilian job can be an adjustment. We are pleased to offer this award to support this transition.
- The Student Veteran Service Award is available to our interns who are active in the military or who have honorably separated from the military.
- The award assists student veterans in achieving their fullest potential and recognizes their military service and contributions as a student employee.
